The 2026 UCOMMS Game Night

On the 5th of May, we welcomed Communications students from across the University of Canberra for another UCOMMS Game Night and it did not disappoint!

From board games and card games to trivia challenges, the room was filled with plenty of friendly competition, laughs, and new connections. Students had the chance to take a break from assignments, meet new people, and enjoy a fun night with fellow members of the UCOMMS community.

Of course, no Game Night would be complete without free pizza and Red Bull to keep everyone fuelled throughout the evening. We also had some great prizes up for grabs, with several lucky participants walking away as winners, including the recipient of our $50 Visa voucher.

At UCOMMS, events like Game Night are about more than just having fun. They're an opportunity for Communications students to connect outside the classroom, build friendships, and become part of a supportive community of like-minded students.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night such a success. We love seeing students come together, and we're already looking forward to our next event.

If you haven't attended a UCOMMS event yet, keep an eye on our upcoming events page; we'd love to see you there!
